Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions regulate the sale of photographic services offered on the website andrephotorome.eu. By purchasing a service, the Client declares to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

2. Subject of the Contract

These Terms and Conditions of Sale regulate the purchase of photography services offered by the website andrephotorome.eu, owned and managed by Andrea (hereinafter referred to as “the Photographer”), including but not limited to:

• Professional photo sessions for couples, families, solo travelers, and marriage proposals.

• Instant photos using Polaroid or Fujifilm technology (add-on to the service).

• Video recordings (add-on to the service).

By purchasing a service, the Client accepts these Terms and Conditions in full.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are indicated on the website in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes.
Payments are processed online through secure payment systems. The service is considered booked only after the payment is confirmed.

4. Cancellations and Refund Policy

• Cancellations by the Client:
  
  • Cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between the 13th day and 48 hours before the service will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable..

• Cancellations by the Photographer:
  
  • If the photographer cancels the service for reasons other than force majeure, the Client will receive a full refund.

• Add-ons and Extra Purchases:
  
  • Extra photos, videos, and any additional products purchased after the main service are non-refundable once delivered.

• Refund Rights and Personal Opinions
  • Any differences between the Client and the Photographer regarding political, religious, social opinions, or sexual orientation do not constitute valid grounds for the Client to request a refund . The Photographer reserves the right to freely choose with whom to work

5. Copyright and Image Use

All images and videos produced by andrephotorome.eu remain the intellectual property of the Photographer.
The Photographer grants the Client a personal, non-commercial license to use the delivered photos and videos. Commercial use is strictly prohibited unless a separate written agreement is made.
The consent to publish images for promotional purposes (such as website, social media, or portfolio) is considered implicit at the time of the photoshoot but can be revoked at any time upon written request.

6. Delivery

Edited photos will be delivered in digital format through an online gallery within the timeframe indicated on the website or agreed upon with the Client. Printed products, Polaroid/Fujifilm photos, and video files will be delivered according to the terms specified in the service description.

7. Complaints and Online Dispute Resolution

In case of any complaints, the Client can contact the Photographer via the contact details provided on andrephotorome.eu.
In compliance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013, Clients may use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

8. Force Majeure

The Photographer shall not be liable for cancellations or delays caused by force majeure events (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, governmental restrictions).

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rome, Italy.
